Update Monthly Donation

Thank you for setting up a monthly donation! If you need to update the credit card details or amount that you’re donating, please go to these instructions below, depending on how you set up your donation. In both cases, you’ll need to login to the system, and it’s very normal not to know your password. Please click “forgot password” and you’ll receive an email with instructions.

If you would prefer to do this with us over the phone, please call 303-818-0618, press extension 1, and leave a message that you would like to update your monthly donation and your phone number.

  1. Donorbox – this is the donation system that is connected to our Donate page and you would have receipts from Donorbox monthly if this is the platform that you used. Instructions to update your card or amount of donation are here.
  2. Colorado Gives – if you set up your donation on Colorado Gives Day in December, then this is likely where your donation was set up. Your monthly receipt should either mention Colorado Gives or Mighty Cause. Instructions to update your card or amount are here.
